PRIVACY POLICY

Speaker Cleaner - Water Eject

MD Developer Studio ("we", "us", "our") created the Speaker Cleaner - Water Eject app (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses, why it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. SUMMARY

• You do not need an account. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number.

• All cleaning tools work offline, on your device.

• The microphone is used only while you use the Sound Meter or Sound Check. Audio is never recorded, saved or uploaded.

• The App is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information, as explained in section 2(e).

• We do not sell your personal information.

2. INFORMATION THE APP USES

a) Settings stored only on your device

The App saves your preferences on your device: language, theme, cleaning options (target, water level, strength, vibration), the time of your last cleaning, your 7-Day Care progress and your reminder time. This information never leaves your device and is not sent to us. It is deleted when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

b) Microphone

The App asks for microphone permission only when you open the Sound Meter or Sound Check. While these screens are measuring, the App reads the loudness level in real time to show a decibel (dB) reading. No audio recording is created, stored or sent anywhere. You can turn off microphone access at any time in your phone's settings. All other features keep working without it.

c) Notifications

If you turn on the daily reminder in 7-Day Care, the App schedules a reminder notification on your device. No information is sent to us. You can turn the reminder off in the App or in your phone's settings.

d) Other device permissions

• Vibration: to vibrate the phone during cleaning modes that use vibration.

• Audio settings: to play sound through the earpiece (call speaker) and, when you use the Volume Booster, to raise the media volume.

• Run at startup: only to restore your daily reminder after your phone restarts.

• Internet access: used by advertising and by Google Play services (update checks and ratings). The cleaning tools do not need the internet.

e) Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App is supported by ads from Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show ads, AdMob may collect and use:

• your device's advertising ID,

• your IP address and an approximate location derived from it,

• device and app information, such as phone model, Android version and language,

• information about how you interact with ads.

Google uses this information to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and, where you allow it, show personalized ads. Where the law requires it (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your phone's settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your phone).

f) Google Play services

The App uses Google Play's in-app update and in-app review features. When you use them, Google may process information about your device and your Google Play account under the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive your Google account details.

g) When you contact us

If you email us, for example using "Send feedback" in the App, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. The feedback email is pre-filled with the App version and your Android version to help us solve problems. You can remove this before sending. We use your message only to reply to you and to improve the App.

3. WHAT WE DO NOT DO

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.

• We do not collect your contacts, photos, files, messages, call history or precise location.

• We do not record audio.

• We do not run our own servers that collect information from the App.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We share information only:

• with the service providers described above (Google AdMob and Google Play services), who process it under their own privacy policies, or

• when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

• Information on your device stays there until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

• Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

• Advertising data is kept according to Google's own policies.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. SECURITY

We keep the App's information on your device and work only with established service providers. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live (for example, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, or California privacy law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold almost no personal information, most choices are available directly in your phone's settings. For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

9. INTERNATIONAL USE

Our service providers, such as Google, may process information in countries other than the one where you live.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will also let you know in the App or in its Google Play listing.
