1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using SpeakEgo ("the App") provided by PlayMinima ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SpeakEgo is an AI-powered conversational language tutor. Due to the dynamic nature of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs), PlayMinima cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, factual correctness, or flawlessness of the generated AI responses, audio outputs, or grammar corrections. SpeakEgo is provided strictly as a supplementary learning tool.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure. PlayMinima reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
SpeakEgo operates on a freemium model. Premium features (e.g., unlimited session time, advanced scenarios) require a paid subscription.
Billing: Subscriptions are managed securely via your respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) utilizing RevenueCat architecture.
Renewals & Cancellations: Subscriptions auto-renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You must manage or cancel subscriptions directly through your device’s Apple ID or Google Play Account settings.
Free Trials: Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and Google. Upon trial completion, you will be billed for the selected subscription duration unless canceled prior to the trial ending.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use SpeakEgo to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or API network routes of the App.
Submit highly abusive, profane, illegal, or sexually explicit audio to the AI engines.
Attempt to bypass or exploit the App's daily usage timers, subscription validation, or Token Server architectures.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, branding, themes, 3D assets, UI designs, and localized content within SpeakEgo remain the exclusive intellectual property of PlayMinima.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayMinima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, unauthorized access to your account, or third-party service outages (including Google Cloud API downtimes).
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada (and the province therein where PlayMinima is headquartered), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
