Rev. Dr. Keith Toles Jr. is a devoted spiritual leader, accomplished educator, and pioneering entrepreneur, dedicated to advancing God’s kingdom through empowering others and equipping the church for effective ministry in the modern world. In 2023, Dr. Toles was called to serve as Senior Pastor at St. Paul Baptist Church #1 (SPBC), where he has led the congregation with vision, compassion, and a passion for preparing God’s people to meet the challenges and opportunities of today’s age.

Since becoming Senior Pastor, Dr. Toles has made great strides in guiding SPBC through new seasons of growth and discipleship. He is committed to fostering a vibrant, Christ-centered community that is responsive to the needs of both the congregation and the wider Spencer, OK, community. Under his leadership, SPBC has taken meaningful steps to strengthen its ministries, embrace innovative approaches to outreach, and equip members of all ages to live out their faith with confidence and purpose.

Pastor Toles' broad experience as an ordained Baptist minister, seasoned business educator, and innovative entrepreneur uniquely shape his pastoral approach. As Program Director of Graduate Programs in Business at Southern Nazarene University, he integrates rigorous academic standards and mentorship in areas such as strategic management, diversity and inclusion, leadership, and entrepreneurship. His commitment to excellence in teaching earned him the 2024 ACBSP Teaching Excellence Award and the 2024 Best of Region Award.

Educationally, Dr. Toles holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Capella University, a Master of Ministry, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mid-America Christian University. Dr. Toles’ entrepreneurial journey includes founding companies in sports apparel, marketing, media, transportation, and e-commerce industries. This experience has equipped him with practical wisdom and a heart for serving others.

Pastor Toles is recognized for his dynamic preaching, clear biblical teaching, and enthusiastic commitment to discipleship. He prioritizes developing leaders within the church, empowering youth, and serving the Spencer area through community service and outreach. Whether guiding his congregation, serving in education, or engaging in community initiatives, Pastor Toles leads with humility, integrity, and a deep reliance on God.

He is blessed to share this journey with his wife, La'Keesha, and together they make their home in the Oklahoma City metro area. In his free time, Dr. Toles enjoys basketball and supporting local sporting events, always looking for ways to connect and uplift those around him.
