Rhiannon Butchko led the spartan effort, scoring her "PR", 27 points in the All Around. Rhiannon placed third All Around, and third on Vault and Floor Exercise. Emily Williams scored 26 All Around, and took third place on Uneven Bars. The gymnasts travel to JD on Friday.

ESM gymnastics lost to Whitesboro 115 to 132. Senior Jordan Winans placed 3rd on Beam and received qualifying scores on all events to secure a spot in Sectionals in the All Around. The gymnasts opened their competitive season with a win over Baldwinsville! The meet remained very close until the last event. ESM secured the win with strong performances by Jordan Winans, Christine Proulx (7.2) and Rhiannon Butchko with a 6.3. Meadow Dodge began her senior scoring 19 points over three events.
