Interests
Our research focuses on the chemistry of nanoscale materials, with an emphasis on the rational design and control of the nanoparticles in various fluids environments (i.e. solution, gases and biosystems). We have demonstrated their unique physical, chemical and optical properties of these nanoparticles, including their characterization at both the single-particle level and in bulk assemblies. Currently, we are developing innovative nanoplatforms for the analysis of target chemicals and biomolecules, paving the way for broad applications in catalysis, sensing, and diagnostics.
