SPARC26 is committed to supporting student participation from a broad range of institutions and backgrounds. A limited travel support fund is available to help students attend the conference who may otherwise face financial barriers.
Travel support is intended primarily to assist with transportation costs to and from the conference and only covers travel within the UK and does not include flights of any sort.
Priority may be given to:
MSc and PhD student presenters,
students at GRADnet member universities, and
applicants travelling large distances.

Travel support funding is limited and cannot be guaranteed for all applicants.
Applications will be reviewed after abstract submissions and registration.
Funding decisions will be communicated directly by the SPARC26 organising committee.
Successful applicants may be required to provide receipts for reimbursement.
Partial support may be awarded depending on available funds.
Submission of this form does not guarantee funding.
Priority may be given to student presenters, students at GRADnet member universities, and applicants travelling large distances.
We strongly encourage students who may benefit from assistance to apply.
The deadline for submitting for travel support is Friday, 5th June 2026 at 23:59. Any submissions made beyond this date will not be considered.

> Walk from the University of Hertfordshire de Havilland Campus to The Comet Hotel (Stop J) Bus Stop.
> Catch the 301, 302 or 641 bus to Hatfield Railway Station (Stop 5) and walk to the Hatfield Railway Station.
