Registration

This event is open to all graduate and post-doctoral researchers, including Masters students, PhD students and post-doctoral researchers. The event is a free event but priority is given to GRADnet students due to limited spaces, with any remaining spaces being opened up to non-GRADnet students.

If you are unsure whether you are a GRADnet student, you must be a graduate student of one of the following universities:

• University of Hertsfordshire,

• University of Portsmouth,

• Queen Mary, University of London, 

• Royal Holloway, University of London,

• University of Southhampton, or the

• University of Sussex.

To register you must submit a Registration Form found here: Registration Form. This form must be completed by Monday, 24th May 2026 at 23:59. Failure to submit a Registration Form will result in you not being able to attend the event.

If you are submitting an abstract for a poster presentation or a talk, you must also fill out an Abstract Submission Form found here: Abstract Submission Form. This form must be completed, along with the Registration Form, by Monday, 24th May 2026 at 23:59. Failure to submit a Registration Form will result in you not being able to attend the event.

We will contact you once the deadline for registration and abstracts has closed, on whether your registration and/or abstract has been accepted.
