Spanish Day Camp in Redlands, CA (for ages 3-11) - $289 per week
Bienvenidos! Ready for a fun immersive day camp all in Spanish? With us, campers understand the language, speak it, and ultimately… live it and love it! Spanish camp is all about having a good time, being engaged, and taking pretend trips to different destinations of Latin America. Each week is a new place to discover - in Spanish. We are able to "visit" these places and learn about their traditions, recreation, and cuisine. Each week ends with a celebration for parents, family, and friends. Join us!

About the Camp Director: Ruthemma Rush
Holding a teaching credential & M.A. in Special Education from CSUSB and an M.A. in French from UCLA, I have been working with students with disabilities both online and in-person for the past 8 years. Prior to and concurrent with teaching in public school settings, I operated Lango Redlands for 10 years until Valley Preparatory Academy took over the program in 2020. I developed curriculum, promoted and sold this meticulously researched language program and managed and trained teachers of Preschool and Elementary School French, Spanish and Chinese after-school classes. I directed and taught Lango's immersion language summer camp which incorporated cooking, music and theater. In my free time I perform in theater and choral groups with my family. I have 3 children, have lived in Redlands since 2006 and am a member of the Associates of the Redlands Bowl.
