Attendance: Any students picked up more than 15 minutes late will be charged $15 per hour. Students may not be dropped off before 8:30am. Please notify us if a student must miss a day of camp or leave early or arrive late. No refunds are offered dates once camp has started.
Refunds: Refunds are offered up to one week before camp starts for any reason minus a $50 non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel within 7 days of the start date please email us with your specific situation and partial refunds may be offered for extenuating circumstances only. There are no refunds issued after camp has begun.
Camp Volunteers: If you are over 14 years of age and speak Spanish and would like to help out with camp we are accepting camp volunteers. We promise an unforgettable experience that will look great on your resume! Email langoredlands@gmail.com
Behavior Policy: We try to redirect and problem-solve any distracting or undesirable behaviors to keep camp running smoothly. We maintain communication with parents regarding anything that becomes an issue. Usually kids are having way too much fun to misbehave. In 11 years of running Camp we have never had any serious behavior problems. We have a zero tolerance policy for weapons or violence and safety is our primary concern.
Allergies & Medical info: The camp director has a current CPR and first-aid certification and will be on-site at all times. If your child has specific medical needs or allergies, please speak with us. If requested we will institute a peanut-free policy. Since we do some activities involving cooking we will gladly accommodate any allergies.
Special Needs/Discrimination: We accept and accommodate students of all abilities and do not discriminate on the basis of ability, race, religion, or gender. We strive to accommodate and be open and inclusive of all people.
All campers must be potty trained. Preschool campers should bring a change of clothes just in case. Campers should bring their own snacks.
