参加と登録

イベントへの参加について

18歳以上の方、高校生の方であればどなたでもご参加いただけます。尚、本イベントは完全無料につき、参加費は必要ありません。

* 18 歳未満の参加者は、登録およびイベントへの参加に親または保護者の同意が必要です。保護者は登録プロセス中に署名済みの同意書を提出することで登録を承認できます。これにより、未成年の参加者は保護者のサポートと許可を得てハッカソンに参加することができます。

尚、Compassでのお申し込みの方は、Space Appsへお申し込みが必要です。

2. Space Apps Challenge Tokyo 2025のローカルサイトに登録

チーム編成

ハッカソン中に同じチャレンジに取り組みたい個人によってチームを結成することができます。チーム名、モットー、ロゴ、その他必要な情報を入力して下さい。チーム編成はイベントのページ内で編集することができます。招待リンクを仲間や関係者に共有することで、チーム参加を可能とします。

* チーム編成をお忘れのない様、宜しくお願い申し上げます。

チーム オーナーの役割

• プロジェクト提出用のチームのタイムゾーンを設定する

• チーム ページを作成する、チームの[詳細]タブでチームのチャレンジを選択 (または再選択) する

• チーム ページの[概要]タブに参加者がチームと通信する方法に関する情報を含める

• チーム メンバーのリクエストを承認/拒否する

• チーム メンバーを追加/削除する

About registering with Space Apps

Anyone who is 18 years or older, or a high school student, is eligible to participate. Furthermore, as this event is completely free, there is no participation fee required.

• Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian for registration and participation in the event. Guardians can approve the registration by submitting a signed consent form during the registration process. This ensures that minor participants can join the hackathon with the support and permission of their guardians.

For those who applied through Compass, a separate application to Space Apps is required.

Team Formation
During the hackathon, individuals who want to work on the same challenge can form teams. Please enter the team name, motto, logo, and any other necessary information. Team formation can be edited on the event page. By sharing the invitation link with colleagues or other participants, you can allow them to join your team.

• Please make sure not to forget team formation.

Role of the Team Owner

• Set the team’s time zone for project submission

• Create the team page and select (or reselect) the team’s challenge in the "Details" tab

• Include information on how team members can communicate with each other on the "Overview" tab of the team page

• Approve/deny team member requests

• Add/remove team members
