東京会場事務局長 / NASA Space Apps Challenge Local Lead of Tokyo

「こんにちは！」NASA Space Apps Challenge Tokyo ローカルリードの志田健一です。2024年に引き続き、2025年もローカルリードを務めさせて頂きます。どうぞ宜しくお願い致します。

NASA Space Apps Challengeは、NASAをはじめJAXAなど各国の宇宙機関によるオープンデータを活用する、世界最大規模のハッカソンイベントです。参加者は多様なバックグラウンドを持ち寄り、宇宙、地球、技術、芸術に関する課題をテーマに、社会をより良くするためのアイデアやアプリケーション、サービスを生み出します。選ばれた上位チームは国際コンペティションに進出し、世界中のチームと競い合うことができます。

2025年は生成AIなど新しいテクノロジーの活用が一層広がり、挑戦のフィールドはますます拡大しています。また、大阪・関西万博では数多くの宇宙関連展示が注目を集め、国際社会における宇宙への関心の高まりを実感できます。私自身も日本館、イタリア館、アメリカ館、インド館、そしてJAXAの展示を見学し、その熱気を肌で感じました。

NASA Space Apps Challenge Tokyo 2025では、私たちサポートメンバーが皆様の勇気ある挑戦を全力でサポート致します。是非、バックグラウンドの異なる仲間と協力し、創造的に課題解決へ取り組んで頂ければと思います。

KONNICHIWA (HELLO!) My name is Kenichi Shida, Local Lead of NASA Space Apps Challenge Tokyo. Following 2024, I am honored to serve again as Local Lead in 2025.

The NASA Space Apps Challenge is the world’s largest hackathon using open data from NASA, JAXA, and other space agencies. Participants from many different backgrounds come together to create ideas, applications, and services that address challenges in space, Earth, technology, and even the arts. The top teams will advance to the international competition and compete with innovators from around the world.

In 2025, emerging technologies such as generative AI are opening new possibilities, making the field of challenges wider than ever. At the Osaka-Kansai Expo, many space-related exhibitions have drawn strong international attention, showing how global interest in space is growing. I personally visited the Japan Pavilion, Italy Pavilion, USA Pavilion, India Pavilion, and JAXA exhibits, and was inspired by the passion and energy.

At NASA Space Apps Challenge Tokyo 2025, our support team will do our best to back your bold challenges. We hope you will collaborate with teammates from diverse fields and work creatively to solve problems together.
