In our sessions there is...
Drama, Art, Music, Creative Movement and Mindfulness
We mix all of this up to facilitate the artistic form that the children choose to express themselves.
When we hear "You are being dramatic" we take it as a compliment:)
Each session has a different voice embassador so that we all feel equal
There is self-regulation...
We can´t manage our emotions, we can manage how we react to them
There is... no excuse!
