This is the topic I have been researching, and I want to make it to a practical and useful course for students, especially future and current parents.
I have been researching this topic, and I want to make the knowledge accessible to the students, especially future and current parents.
I want to guide students to data analyses from the beginning - how to type data - to how to obtain the results. I have been teaching frustration-free labs with very detailed comments (explanations) in R, and I would like to help students and equip them with the skills for data analyses.
I value aesthetically pleasing plots to clearly show the results. I have been investing my time in learning how to have R draw pretty and clear plots, and I would love to teach the skills to the students.
I have received a lot of education about how to teach better (how to present well), and I thought a lot about how to speak well (teach effectively) in public. I also practiced effective public speaking/presentation as a teacher in middle and high schools. I would like to share the tips with students and make a hands-on class to give them practice.
