the principal investigator of a K99 grant funded by Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health & Human Development (NICHD), 

the founder and President of the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Trainee Support Group,

the founder and organizer of the Parenting and Family Dynamics preconference at SPSP, 

an instructor for classes such as parenting, personality development, grantsmanship, data analyses (in R), data visualization (R), and data presentation/public speaking,

a children whisperer, 

a nature lover,

an amateur photographer,

a public reader,

a choral singer,

a Tango and swing dancer,

a cook,

and a beloved wife who hugs her husband a lot :).
