Exhibit/Display
Exhibits that highlight South Windsor past, present and future are encouraged. Other ideas for exhibits or displays can be reflective of how your group/business benefits the residents or Town of South Windsor such as biking/hiking clubs, garden clubs, river associations, cultural clubs, sports leagues, etc. Exhibitors are not allowed to sell or fundraise.
Companies are not to use the exhibit/display for the sole purpose of promoting their business.
All Exhibits must be approved by Committee.
Electricity is not provided.
Set up times: Fri 9/17/21 3:00 – 5:00 Sat 9/18/21: 8:00 – 10:00.
Streets around the park will be closed for the parade starting at 9:45.

Demonstrations
Examples of demonstrations include candle making, agriculture, sports clinics, dancing, martial arts, and historical.
Games
Groups may host a game or other interactive event such as water balloon toss, pie eating contest, children’s tattoo/face painting, and competitions like tug of war. Challenge other groups!
