Graduating High School Senior
Attended Southview for at least 2 years
Planning to attend post high school education or training program
Application Process
Complete all 3 pages of the application form (link below).
Submit a brief essay addressing the following items:
How has Southview helped to shape the person you are today?
What is the fondest or most notable memory you have of Southview?
What advice would you give a Southview student regarding how to succeed after elementary school?
What post-secondary education are you pursuing?
How will this scholarship help you?
Important Information
Deadline for application and essay submission is April, 2026. Applications/essays received after this date will not be considered.
Please submit completed application and essay to: southviewptoscholarship@gmail.com
No PDF documents will be accepted. Application and essay must be submitted in editable format (i.e. Google doc or Word doc), all personal information will be removed prior to submitting to the judging committee. Only applications and essays submitted to the southviewptoscholarship@gmail.com email will be considered.
In accordance with IRS guidelines, the scholarship funds will be remitted when the student has proof of registration and/or tuition payment.
