Parental Concerns

Please use this Google Form to express any concerns that you would like addressed. As sponsors, we do our best to meet and discuss parental concerns prior to calling. We are asking that you respect the 1 week time frame for any minor concerns. Any emergencies will be top priority.

If you are wanting to schedule a parent meeting, you MUST provide a detailed outline of the topics that you are wanting to meet about. After reviewing the information, you will be contacted and a meeting will be scheduled if an outline is provided.
