Who do cheerleaders report to?
All cheerleaders will report directly to their grade level captain. Concerns, suggestions, and questions will all be handled by captains. The overall squad captain will report directly to the sponsors if specific questions need to be addressed. If it is an emergency, cheerleaders are able to report directly to the sponsors to handle any of these concerns.
Why are cheerleaders held to such a high standard?
Cheerleaders are known throughout the school. Their attitude and behavior is meant to positively influence each and every student and faculty member that they come in contact with. Cheerleaders are meant to show support to all clubs, organizations, and sports.
Can cheerleaders post on Social Media?
Absolutely. Please read: "Pictures of a squad member participating in any inappropriate behaviors including pictures found on any internet site, cell phone, or in print. This includes but not limited to pictures which depict the member having possession of or in the presence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or tobacco products, wearing revealing attire such as lingerie, nude, or partially nude, or pictures which depict the member performing or acting out anything of a sexual nature. Such pictures are grounds for immediate dismissal."
