Hi! I'm Lucy Lowe! I am returning as Head Coach of the Southland Sharks for the second year. I'm going to be a sophomore at Centre College and am part of their swim and dive team! I have been a Southland Shark for a long time and can't wait to see what this year holds!

Hello everyone! I'm Kate Neal, am 16 years old and am going to be a senior at Bowling Green High School! This is my first year as a coach but I started swimming for Southland when I was four years old and have continued on. I'm super excited to be an assistant this year and can't wait for a great season!
