If you have Questions or issues getting to HSC locations, contact your local office to make a phone appointment with a Navigator.

Kitsap Rescue Mission- Pacific Building: 360-337-9120. 4459 SE Mile Hill Dr., Port Orchard, WA 98366. https://kitsaprescue.org/pacific-building/ Companion-animal services available for sheltered participants. Contact the Housing Solutions Center at KCR for Coordinated Entry & Services.

Drop-In Center: Monday-Thursday 2pm-5pm, and Friday 6pm-9pm. Closed: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Located on Library side of building, on the back of the building upstairs.

St. Vincent de Paul Port Orchard: 360-876-6933. 2525 Bethel Rd SE, Port Orchard, WA 98366. https://www.facebook.com/stvincentdepaulportorchard/. Call the main number to request utility assistance and clothing voucher assistance from Monday-Friday 11:30 am to 3 pm. Utility assistance by appointment. Walk-ins are okay for clothing voucher assistance. Clothing voucher for 2 outfits including undergarments and a pair of shoes. General Assistance Personnel: Monday-Friday 11:30am-3pm. Meeting is private. Please bring photo ID, address not required. Store Open Monday-Saturday 9:30am-6:00pm. Donations accepted Tuesday-Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm.

Olive Branch Culture: 360-719-4660. https://olivebranchculture.org. Clean and sober, low-income men’s and general population housing. 

Bremerton: Kitsap Community Resources (KCR): 360-473-2035 or 360-473-2036. 1201 Park Ave, Bremerton, WA 98337. https://www.kcr.org. Main Housing Solution Center (HSC) for Kitsap County to include Port Orchard and South Kitsap: Monday-Friday 8:30-10:30am and 12:30-3:00pm. Walk-up clients are welcome. If you have Questions or issues getting to HSC locations, contact your local office to make a phone appointment with a Navigator. 

Salvation Army: 360-373-5550. 832 6th St, Bremerton, WA 98337. https://bremerton.salvationarmy.org/. Social Services: 9:15am-3:30pm. Day Shelter: 9:15am-5:45pm. Shelter intake every night, 7pm-8:45pm. No referrals needed. Meals: breakfast 8am, lunch 12pm, and dinner 5pm. Showers: Monday-Friday 9:15am-11:30am & 1:15pm-2:45pm. Laundry: drop off and pick up Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 9:15-3pm.

Benedict House:  360-377-6136. 250 S Cambrian Ave, Bremerton, WA 98312. https://ccsww.org/services/benedict-house/. Serves men ages 18+ including LGBTQIA+ community. Need to first contact KCR-Housing Solutions Center to fill out an application at 1201 Park Avenue, Bremerton, 360-473-2035

Emergency Shelter only for the Bremerton location and for ages 16-20 years, check in at 9pm, check out at 8am. Youth Drop-In Center for ages 13-25 years: Monday-Thursday 2pm-5pm, and Friday 2pm-5pm and 6pm-9pm. Located in back, upstairs.

Women’s shelter: need to contact KCR Housing Solutions Center for referral at 360-473-2035.

Kitsap Homes of Compassion: 360-245-0385. 247 4th St, Bremerton, WA 98337. https://khoc.homes/. To apply for case management, visit https://khoc.homes/apply/. To access shared housing, including recovery housing, folks need to go to KCR and proceed through the coordinated entry process to get on the waitlist.

Eagles Wings Coordinated Care: 360-627-8547 or 360-337-0672. 3029 Wheaton Way, Bremerton, WA 98310. https://www.eagleswings.net. Housing, and transitional housing assistance, behavioral and mental health counseling, case management, peer support and transportation.
