The South Hadley Education Association (SHEA) is the professional community that represents the teachers, nurses, guidance counselors, educational support personnel, educational therapy assistants, paraprofessionals and clerical workers of the South Hadley Public Schools. We aspire to maintain and improve the quality of education for all children, to uphold high professional standards, and to advance the socio-economic well-being of educators.
