RAFFLE INSTRUCTIONS
Please fill out one portion of each ticket with Student Name and Phone Number only!
Keep other portion for winning verification.
Drop filled out tickets into collection bins.
Raffle will close at 6:30pm and winners will be announced over intercom at that time.
Students must be with an adult to collect prize.
If winner is no longer present, we will call the phone number on the ticket. If no answer, we will draw another winner.
For certificate prizes, a Winner’s Card will need to be filled out so we can coordinate the prize for a later day.
Each admission includes 5 raffle tickets.
Additional tickets can be purchased at the Raffle Ticket Booth in increments of 10 tickets for $5.
