Silent Auction Reminders

• Please be sure to fill out name and phone number on each bid sheet. This is how we will contact the winners. If you are placing a follow up bid, you may write only your name.

•  A starting bid is listed for each item. Please do not bid below the starting bid.

• Minimum bid increase is $1 or $5 and is listed on each bid sheet.

• The auction will close at 6:30. At this time, we will collect baskets and bid sheets in numerical order and call the winners.

• Please be patient as we work through processing payments and distributing prizes.

• Payment must be complete to receive items. 

• Cash, Card, and Checks are accepted!

• Remember: By participating in the auction you are supporting your school! Any proceeds from the auction will go into the PTA’s funds for student programs, field trip assistance, outdoor and playground improvements, family fun nights and more! We greatly appreciate your support!
