Registration

SGS focuses on research in geobiology and related fields and particularly encourages attendance and presentations from early-career researchers.

Registration and on-campus housing reservation is currently open! The deadline for registration is October 7, 2026. There is no registration fee for the symposium. 

Abstract submission is currently open and will close on October 7, 2026! Research can range from published work to preliminary results, and any interested student is welcome to present their research in either a poster or an oral presentation format.  There is no fee associated with abstract submission.

*Limited travel funds will be available for students traveling from outside of the Corpus Christi metropolitan area. Student travel support is graciously funded by the Agouron Institute and Frank Cornish of Imagine Resources, LLC.
