Services

We service at-home appliance repairs and in-shop appliance repairs. We charge a service fee to check out any appliances at home or the shop. The home service fee is $115, and the shop service fee is $50.

Limited warranty on used appliances-covers operational parts if they should fail, service provided in the home if within a 25-mile radius, all the others must be brought into our shop for repair. We are required to make 3 attempts to repair before exchanges or refunds are considered.

Improper self-delivery, installation, or voltage, as well as commercial use, misuse/abuse, is not covered. If no one is home on the appointed day of service when we show up, a trip fee ($115) will be due on the 2nd attempt out. It is the responsibility of the customer to be home, reschedule missed appointments (252-296-4004).

We offer delivery services, but a delivery fee applies when a customer chooses to purchase a unit from us. Small appliances are $75 and $100 for oversize appliances (Ex. side-by-side refrigerators, French doors refrigerators, stack units, etc)

Over-the-range microwave & range hood installations are $200

Wall oven installations start at $250

Dishwasher installations start @ $200 (sometimes plumbing supplies are needed, which is additional)
