Hi, I'm Eric, the founder of Southern Specialties LTD. With over 5 years of hands-on experience in home repair, renovations, fabrication, and general maintenance, I started this business with a simple goal: to provide dependable, high-quality handyman services with a personal touch.

Born and raised in Southern Ontario, I take pride in doing things the right way — with honesty, hard work, and respect for every home and customer I work with. Whether it's fixing a breakwall, building custom decks/fences, repairing farm equipment, or tackling a full home improvement project, I treat every job as if it were my own.

Josh is a valued member of our contracting division here at Southern Specialties LTD, bringing hands-on experience and a strong work ethic to every project. Before joining our team, he built barns for another company, developing a solid foundation in construction and craftsmanship. As a farmer, he understands the importance of durability, efficiency, and getting the job done right the first time. His practical knowledge and attention to detail help ensure every project is completed to a high standard. 

Alyssa is our Administrative and Marketing Coordinator and the owner's fiancée. She helps to keep the day-to-day operations of the business organized and running smoothly. From coordinating schedules and communications to managing marketing, social media, and customer outreach, she plays an important role in connecting our team with our clients. Her attention to detail, creativity, and organization help support the continued growth and success of the company.
