Is there a dress code?
There is no formal requirement for polos, matching team shirts, or dress pants—but this is a high-profile event with live-streamed matches and professional photography. We encourage players to look their best and represent their APA area proudly.
To maintain a family-friendly environment, the following dress code expectations apply:
Players must be clean, groomed, and wearing appropriate footwear (no bath slippers).
Tank tops are not permitted for men.
Clothing must not display vulgar, political, or offensive content.
Midriff-baring tops (including crop tops) and low-cut necklines are not permitted and shorts must be of a modest length.

Yes. There is no vaping or smoking permited inside the tournament facility.
No. Outside food or drink is not allowed.
Please leave reusable drinkware (water bottles, coffee mugs, etc.) behind and plan to purchase beverages at the bar.
Yes! The facility is family-friendly and welcomes guests of all ages.
However, children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to interfere with tournament operations or player focus.
The event venue boasts a food court and two on-site restaurants.
Yes. The convention space where the tournament will be held is a single-level, ADA-compliant facility with accessible restrooms and entrances.
It's a possibility! Our tournament team will be live-streaming select matches all week long. We spotlight featured matchups, player highlights, and of course, the finals—so bring your A-game and look sharp. You never know when the camera will be on your table!
