Goal setting and planning: Working with the coach, you'll define SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) and create a roadmap to achieve them.
Initial assessment tools: The coach might utilize assessments or exercises to gain insights into your strengths, weaknesses, and personality.
Regular coaching sessions: Weekly Sessions
Accountability and progress tracking: The coach will help you stay on track with your goals and celebrate your wins along the way. This might involve setting milestones and reviewing progress regularly.
Action plans and homework: The coach will provide personalized exercises and activities to help you implement strategies and develop new skills.
Progress review and adjustments: You'll assess your progress towards your goals and make adjustments to the plan if needed.
