Booking and Payment

Step 1: Book a Telephone Consultation through google. or by call, text or email at: 860-572-6323 or southcountymassageandcoaching@gmail.com 

Step 2: Insurance or Cash Pay

• Insurance Pay will book Appointments through Headway

• Cash Pay clients who use credit card will also book through Headway.

Step 3: Complete intake form that will be e-mailed to you from Headway portal. 

Step 4: All clients will receive an appointment confirmation and use the secure doxy.me link or psychology today to join the waiting room.

Step 2: Cash Pay or Venmo Only

Step 2: Once an appointment is confirmed by me, clients will receive a google calendar invite with a google meet link.

Step 3: Complete intake form that will be attached to the calendar invite, in the body of the invitation. Or complete here. 

Step 4: Payment in the form of Cash or Venmo Only
