SNA have a dedicated Umpire Development Officer - Peter Bennett, who heads up a team of committed umpiring mentors, who support both junior and senior umpires and those looking to start their umpiring journey.

We are keen to support umpires in their development journey. The SNA recognises that courses to achieve new qualifications, start your journey and stay up-to-date can be costly and we offer financial awards to support those who are involved in Netball in Southampton.
