South Park Family Pub Night at the Rose & Crown

When?

Saturday, June 6 | 2–9pm | Rose & Crown Pub, Tsawwassen

Grab the family and come for a burger at the pub — and help raise money for class field trips for every South Park division next year while you’re at it!

Your $25 ticket includes:

A Rose & Crown burger (beef or veggie) with fries, soup or salad — plus your choice of a sleeve of Canadian, 6oz house wine, highball, no-alcohol beer, juice, pop or coffee. Honestly, it’s a great deal for an evening (or afternoon!) out.

How it works

Order your ticket here and hold onto your email confirmation. We’ll have a list of all purchasers — just find the South Park volunteers at the raffle table when you arrive at the pub and they’ll hand over your ticket(s) on the spot. Easy!

Come when it suits you

Tickets are redeemable anytime 2–9pm on June 6 — swing by for an early dinner or come later in the evening. Kids are welcome in the pub until 9pm so no babysitter needed. Heading out as a group? Aim for around 4-5 pm as seating is first come first served.

Can’t make it?

We can’t offer a refund - But! the full valueof your ticket will go to the fundraiser. Buy a ticket and know your money is doing something good for the kids.

We’re lining up some great raffle prizes to help boost our field trip funds — stay tuned for the full list! Raffle tickets are available to purchase at the pub on the day — 3 for $5, 7 for $10 or 20 for $20 — and you don’t need to be present for the draw, we will contact you if you are a lucky winner!

South Park Return-It: A Simple Way to Support Our School

The Return-It program is back, and it is now easier than ever to contribute to our school community. We have streamlined the process to ensure 100% of your donations go directly to the South Park PAC to fund essential school enhancements.

Our Current Goal: The June Refresh Project

We are currently raising funds specifically to repaint the school’s cinderblocks this June. This project will revitalize our high-traffic exterior areas, creating a brighter and more welcoming environment for our students. The Grade 7 Parent Committee and students are excited to make sure every child enjoys this special tradition. Please note that supplies are limited, and some children may not be able to purchase if stock runs out.
