Game Rules
By joining our in-game sessions, you agree to all of our in-game guidelines and that even if a rule is not listed in the in-game rules channel you can still be punished if what you did wrong was deemed unacceptable.
Random Death Match
Random Death Match
Random Death Match, also known as Random Killing, is the act of killing a player in-game without reason or roleplay.
For your first offence of Random Death Match (RDM), you will only receive a warning. However, if you are found doing it again it will result in a kick. Mass RDM (4 or more within 5 minutes of each other) you will be banned and have to appeal in our Discord Server.
Fail Roleplay
Fail Roleplay is a wide variation of various different rule violations. Below are all of these violations listed and the punishments that follow them.
GTA Driving
GTA Driving is when you drive around crashing into poles or continuously violate the road rules for no reason. This can also include evading the police when you have no reason to, constantly speeding, constantly crashing into things, swerving around the road, drifting everywhere, and doing doughnuts (Excluding when in a roleplay allowed by server staff).
Realistic Avatars
When in the server, we require your avatar to resemble a real person. This means that you cannot use things such as Korblox and Headless or anything else that gives your character an unrealistic feature. You must also use realistic skin tones as well.
New Life Rule
New Life Rule restricts you from returning to the same roleplay scene that you were previously at when you died. You must act as if you are a new person with no idea of what happened before you died. If you die at a shooting scene and an officer requests backup, you must wait at least 3 minutes before responding to the call again.
Vehicle Death Match
Vehicle Death Match (VDM) is when you drive into other players, vehicles, buildings, or anything constantly without roleplay.
Glitch Abuse
Glitches are present in every game that has been released. Abusing any of the bugs or glitches is strictly forbidden.For your first offence of Fail Roleplay (FRP), you will only receive a warning. However, if you are found to have multiple violations on the same group of FRP (E.g. 2 accounts of New Life Rule) you will be kicked. If you are found violating the same group of FRP you will be banned and have to appeal in our Discord Server.
Banned Roleplays
Banned Roleplays
Banned roleplays are roleplays that are not allowed as they violate either the PRC or Roblox Terms of Service (ToS). Some roleplays that are restricted are anything that include suicide, bomb, drug, and sexual contents.
Some roleplays that go against Roblox ToS are allowed. These are called Grey Area Roleplays and a list of all the available ones can be found below:
- Hitman
- Alcohol (Random Breath Tests)
- Hostage
- Mafias/Gangs
All Grey Area Roleplays require moderation approval before attempting to roleplay.If you are found doing a banned roleplay, you will instantly be banned and have to appeal through our Discord Server. If you are only found doing a grey area roleplay without permissions, you will receive a verbal warning and have to abandon the roleplay.
Cuff Rushing is when you arrest a player for no reason or without them willingly surrendering, tazed or shot with a beanbag shotgun. You are not required to use any sort of motion when attempting to arrest someone but you must ensure that you meet the criteria stated before.
For your first offence of Cuff Rushing, you will only receive a warning. If you continue to cuff rush, will receive a kick. If you cuff rush multiple people it will be considered mass cuff rushing and you will be banned and have to appeal in our
Liveries & Uniforms
Liveries & Uniforms
You must ensure that you are always using the liveries and uniforms provided. If there is not a livery on the vehicle you are attempting to use, change the vehicle, if you want to, suggest to add a livery to that vehicle. This also includes uniforms. If you feel that we are missing any uniforms, just leave a suggestion.
All whitelisted uniforms and liveries will have an indicator such as “WL I” or any other prefix to signify that the item is whitelisted. If you are not whitelisted, you are not allowed to use these uniforms or liveries at all.For your first offence you will only receive a verbal warning. However, if you continue to use the incorrect liveries or uniforms, you will be kicked.

All of the items listed below are completely banned to all members. They are not allowed to be worn/used within the server.

This list is subject to changeFor your first offence you will only receive a verbal warning and be required to remove the item. If you continue to use the item, you will be kicked.
You must treat all members within the Los Angeles Roleplay | ERLC server with respect and kindness. We do not require you to be friends, however, we do not tolerate any form of disrespect. We want to ensure that our community is a safe fun place for all to enjoy.
You will be warned if you make anyone feel uncomfortable or sad with how you act or what you say around them. Any major forms of disrespect will result in a ban and you will have to appeal in our Discord Server
Common Sense
Common Sense
Common sense is an important part of a smooth-running community. If you think you shouldn’t be doing something, you are most likely correct and should stop immediately and seek clarification.
It is up to our moderators to decide what is common sense and what isn’t. If you feel like their decision is incorrect or unjust, open an internal affairs ticket within our
