1. Download Soulumi App


- Download the app by searching 'Soulumi' on App Store & Google Play Store or directly clicking the links below:

- Enable all Soulumi notifications and change the banner style to persistent in your phone setting.


- Enable the Ring and adjust the sound volume to make sure you can clearly hear and pick up call before it expires.

2. Create your advisor account


- Choose a way to sign in, phone number recommended.

- Upload your profile image and background image/video, this is very important, make sure they represent the best of you.

- Edit your Advisor Name, Bio, About Me and then save your profile.

- Contact Soulumi Support or send confirmation(which is your user ID and name) through email once you have done with the basic information. We will review and get your advisor account approved.

- After the account is approved, edit your Reading Notice, Automatic Response, Live Chat Greeting Message and Service Response on the ‘Mine’ page.

3. Service & Price Setting on ‘Mine’ Page


- Tap ‘Service Settings’ to choose the type of service (normal reading/live chat) that you can provide now.

- Set the price.


- Save your settings.

- Turn on ‘Ready for Live Chat’ mode when you are ready for live chats/calls. Do remember to turn it off to avoid expired calls when you are not available / leave.

- Turn on quick mode when you’re ready to deliver reading within 1 hour.


- Switch to ‘In Service’ status to receive orders and live calls.

Switch into ‘Out of Service’ status when you are not available.

4. Rate & Review & Ranking on ‘Mine’ Page

- Tap the ‘Rating & Review’ button to check your rates and reviews.

- Reply to clients’ reviews.

5. Withdraw your earnings on the ‘Mine’ Page


- Tap the ‘shell’ icon next to your username to check and withdraw earnings.

- Withdraw your earnings: Fill in your PayPal/Payoneer email address and note, then submit your cash-out request.

- ‘My Withdrawal’ to see your withdrawal records.

6. Invite Users on ‘Mine’ Page.


- ‘Invite Users’ button for you to get customized your advisor poster and your exclusive advisor referral link.

- Download your poster to the album and copy your link to share them on your social media.


-To make a win-win cooperation, we expect that you can inform your contacts that you have joined a new platform by making certain shootouts on your social media accounts as well.

7. Check order & deliver readings on ‘Order’ Page


- ‘Order Status’ to filter all status of orders included completed orders, pending orders, awaiting receipt, expired orders, declined orders, and canceled orders.

‘Order Type’ to filter all types of order, text reading, audio reading, video reading, live text chat, live audio chat, and live video chat records.

- Notification like ‘1 pending order’ under ‘Order’ to remind you to complete pending orders in time.

- Enter each pending order to see the request details and reply.

- ‘Ask Now’ for you to ask for more additional information from the client they may lack in the request descriptions.

- Message the client by tapping the button on the top right corner when the order is completed.

8. Check premium service order on 'Order' Page

-Switch to the tab "Premium Service" to manage your premium service order, order type and status filter available as well.

-Update the session process with your client and keep in touch with them during the whole service time.

-When you finish this session, tap 'Confirm' and wait for your clients to confirm on their end.

-When users tap confirm, this order will be consider as finalized.

-Then you will receive the pearls.

9. Customers' category settings on 'User' Page

-Click the button at the top right of the page, all users will be categorized in three ways, 'Default', 'Quantity of Orders(high to low)' and 'User Spent(hight to low)' to help you quickly find the one or a group of target users.

-Through 'Quantity of Order', we will help you to rank all your users under the quantity of the order they placed with you, from more to less.

-Through 'User Spent', users will be ranked according to how much credits they spent to place orders with you, from more to less as well.

-If it ranks in default mode, users will be sorted by the latest order time.

-You can also check the detailed information as well as the order history on one single user through this section.

10. 🌟New Advisor Must-know🌟

-New advisor must pay attention to and know well how to adjust your status, if you are not available to reply to any reading orders, please adjust you status to 'out-of-service' in time and when you back, switch it to "In Service". If you are temporarily not able to pick live calls, just switch the 'Ready for Live Chat' button off.

-If you suddenly have a high number of overtime orders, we will temporarily shut down your account to ensure that no new orders will be generated and no interest of any users will be damaged; If you intentionally make your order overtime, we will shut down your account for a longer period of time. If you are not able to adjust the status in urgent or special case, please contact us and explain through email/IG in time, we will assist you.

-Cashout Assistant: Assistant dedicated to manually transferring funds for all advisors. Any questions regarding withdrawals issues, please contact her directly

-We strictly forbid our advisors from exchanging contact and payment information with our users through the platform. Once found, we will directly remove and disapprove the advisor profile from the list.

-The function of 'Message'. 'Message' is a tool to help you to contact clients and the support. You can not earn any pearl in 'Message'.
