Deb studied (and now teaches) the Usui Method of Reiki and apprenticed to receive her Reiki Master Level Attunement as well as Reiki teacher training and is able to instruct and attune Levels 1, 2 and Master. 

As a practitioner of Peruvian Inkan Shamanism, which offers a way to live in balance and harmony with the energies of Spirit and Earth, Deb assists others in finding their center.
