Park Crest Middle School is a successful public school in the heart of Pflugerville Texas, representative of the city's rich diversity and community heart! We are the voice of its PTO, and are advocating against PFISD Draft Proposal #7.

GOAL: By May 2026, convince the PFISD Board of Trustees to vote against Draft Scenario 7 (closing and re-zoning Park Crest Middle School) of the district’s optimization scenarios, as it aligns with 3 out of 4 of the district’s said priorities: Advancing Student Achievement, Student Persistence, Investing in People, and does not effectively take into account equity, social-emotional learning, transportation, diversity, and the potential loss of students in reaction to closure. The conviction will be achieved through data, qualitative stories and interviews, petition, and stakeholder presence and voice.

We've begun many efforts in the hope of spreading our message and supporting it accurately with data and evidence.  Now we need YOU to help spread the word!  

We'll need help posting flyers, distributing post cards, giving feedback to the district, displaying yard signs, and being a presence at Board Meetings.  There's no limit to the amount of help we need, so REACH OUT!
