Terms of use for Soroto Games mobile games

A- Introduction 

These Terms of Use govern the use of Soroto Games' mobile games by users. By downloading, installing and using our games, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. Please read them carefully before using our games. 

B- About subscriptions

In Steamy - Truth or Dare Party or other applications, you can take out a subscription to access full features and premium content.

The subscription options are as follows:

- Weekly subscription

- Monthly subscription

- Annual subscription

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to implement temporary promotions or discounts, and therefore to modify subscription prices. Due to the temporary nature of these offers, we cannot retroactively refund purchases made prior to the promotion.

Payment will be debited from the PlayStore or iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription will be automatically renewed, unless automatic renewal is deactivated at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

The user's account will be debited for the renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the price of the chosen package.

Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and automatic renewal can be deactivated by going to the user's iTunes or Play Store account settings after purchase. For more information, please visit iTunes Support or Playstore Support.

You can cancel your current subscription at any time by going to your PlayStore or iTunes account. In this case, automatic renewal will be stopped and you will no longer be billed for the next period. However, you will still benefit from premium advantages throughout the remaining subscription period until the supposed renewal period. We do not offer a free trial period. 

The subscription or any purchase integrated into the applications begins to run from the day of purchase. Soroto Games assumes no liability to customers/users in the event that its application (including subsequent versions) is no longer accessible and/or downloadable from the download platforms available on the Internet (Apple Store, Google Play Store, etc.).

C- Privacy

We have a privacy policy available on our website at the following address Soroto Games Privacy Policy. We respect the privacy of our users and only collect information that is necessary for the use of our games.

D- Content of the games

Soroto Games offers several games for mobile, such as Steamy - Truth or Dare Party and others. Some of our games include challenges for players.

Some of these challenges may be sexual in nature, but they are not available to everyone. To be able to access them, you would have to upgrade to the premium version of the game. Despite the sexual nature of these adult challenges, they are not created to harm anyone. The challenges are basically created for consenting people in a normal romantic relationship. We are therefore not responsible for any misuse of our challenges for unnatural purposes or to go against the wishes of any of the game participants. These types of challenges are therefore reserved for couples of all sexual orientations. However, we would like to emphasize that we are a family values company, and we do not tolerate unethical behavior, such as playing couples-only levels of the game with a family member. Any inappropriate use of our challenges is the sole responsibility of the user, as the sexual challenges we have created in the game are only for couples in a normal relationship.

All the challenges offered in the games (both free and paid versions) are for fun and recreation except for some more advanced challenges created for couples who like to experience much more extreme things. A button allowing to refuse the challenges is available under each challenge.

It is also possible for users to create their own challenges and add them to the game. These created challenges are saved locally on the user's phone and are proposed to the game participants during the games. These challenges and any others created outside the application are the imagination of the players themselves and are not binding on Soroto Games. We are also not responsible when a user knowingly creates inappropriate or sexual challenges and inserts them in categories outside those intended for couples, in order to trap or force a family member or any other person to perform an act. This is true even if it is done as a couple. Any challenge created with the aim of harming or forcing a person to go against his or her values or principles is also a misuse of our products because the challenges are not mandatory and have been created to have fun in a good mood. They are created for fun and recreation and should not be used as a means of threat or coercion. Each player is therefore free to do or not to do the challenges that are proposed to them.

Finally, we do not tolerate violence or any form of violence during the game. Participants must be willing to perform any challenge. They must not coerce one or more of the other participants during a challenge. We are not responsible for any misuse of our products for legally objectionable purposes.

E- Rules of use
