Our Privacy Policy explains how Soroto Games treats your personal information and/or any other information belonging to or about users (jointly referred to as "Information"). By downloading, accessing and/or using our games, applications or websites (the "Services"), you agree to this Privacy Policy.  Before using the Services, please read and understand the contents of this privacy policy before using it. However, we would like to make it clear that we do not intentionally collect any personal data, except for the data collected as explained in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy. 1. Third Party Advertising and Analytics – Interest Based Ad Disclosure 

ABOUT THE INFORMATION SENT FROM THE ACCES ANALYSIS TOOL.

We use the access analysis tools "Google Analytics" and "Firebase" by Google. This traffic data is collected anonymously and is not personally identifiable. The following terms and conditions stipulate how Google collects and uses access information.

The following information is sent by the access analysis tool. 

・ Usage status of the Services (number of visits to the Services, staying time, number of pages viewed, screen transition, etc.). 

・ Information on your device (terminal setting language, region, model name, OS, game version, provider, etc.). The transmitted information will be used for functional evaluation, improvement and marketing analysis of the Services. The information obtained through the access analysis tool is not provided to third parties.

ABOUT ADVERTISING

In the Services, the following information is sent as statistical data that does not identify the individual customer through the advertising network;

・ Android advertising ID. 

・ Advertisement usage status (advertisement display history, ad click history, etc.). 

・ Information about your device (region, OS, browser version, etc.). These are used for displaying advertisements within the Services. Information obtained through the advertising network is not provided to third parties. The information acquired by each ad network is managed based on the privacy policy of each ad network. Our Systems do not recognize browser “Do Not Track” signals, but several of the third-party companies described above enable you to opt out of targeted advertising or, otherwise, you may opt out of having certain Personal Information collected

2. Referral Program Data

In order to be able to offer certain benefits to those who share our games with their friends, we have set up an affiliate program. In order to identify the user who would have shared his link and invited a new user, we register each user in a secure database on Firebase. This registration is totally anonymous and it is not possible to identify the user personally. Apart from this and the information collected by third parties as explained in section 1 for advertisements, we do not collect any data.

3. Security and Protection of Information

Soroto Games ensures that all information is encrypted, anonymous and well protected. We use the google database, which is very well secured to protect your information. We do not share with any company or other third party the Information received during the use of our Services.

4. Games Content

Our games include popular titles such as Truth or Dare and others. Some of our games require a minimum age of 16 to download. These games may include challenges for the players. Some of these challenges may be of a sexual nature and are reserved for couples of any sexual orientation but are only available in the premium version of our games. 5. Privacy Policy Changes

The latest version of the policy will govern the use of the Information. This privacy policy may be revised in whole or in part without notice. Depending on the changes, we may ask you to confirm your consent if necessary.
