The easiest way is to use a direct bus from the airport to YangYang bus terminal (takes 3 hours, KRW 30,200).
There are only two direct buses a day.

(1) Use Airport Limousine Bus 6900 to get to "Dong Seoul bus terminal (Eastern Seoul, 동서울종합터미널)" (takes 100 min., KRW 11,700).

(2) At Dong Seoul bus terminal, get on a bus to "YangYang bus terminal (양양)" (takes 2 hours, KRW 16,800).

From YangYang bus terminal, you can use a taxi to get to NakSan Beach Hotel (takes 10 min.).

(1) Use Airport Express train (AREX) to get to "Seoul train station (서울역)" (takes 50 min., KRW 9,000).
* Ticekting and boarding location : Express Train Information Center in 1st basement

(2) At Seoul train station, get on a KTX train to "Gangneung train station (강릉역)" (takes 2 hours, KRW 27,600).

Use a taxi to move to "Gangneung bus terminal" (takes 6 min.).
At Gangneung bus terminal, get on a bus to "YangYang bus terminal" (takes 1 hour, KRW 6,000, timetable here-last bus 22:00).
From YangYang bus terminal, you can use a taxi to get to NakSan Beach Hotel (takes 10 min.).
