I am second year maths PhD student at the University of Bristol supervised by Viveka Erlandsson (Bristol) and Juan Souto (Universite Rennes 1).
My interests lie somewhere between hyperbolic geometry, low dimensional topology and geometric group theory. I am currently thinking about studying the properties of random subgroups of surface groups.
I am co-organising the Bristol Junior Geometry Seminar (BRIJGES) this year along with Harsh Patil. This is a seminar series for junior researchers in geometry, topology and surrounding topics. If you would like to give a talk, suggest a speaker, or sign up to the seminar mailing list, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Upcoming Talks:
November 2024 - Junior Researcher of Plato's Tetrahedron Network, Ecole Normale Supérieur, Paris
Past Talks:
October 2024 - Oxford's Junior Topology and Group Theory seminar
September 2024 - Bristol's Mathematics Postgraduate seminar
January 2024 - Bristol's Junior Geometry seminar
Teaching
I run tutorials and mark homework for first year mathematics undergraduate students at the University of Bristol. This academic year (2024-25) I am tutoring for Linear Algebra in TB1 and Analysis in TB2. Previously I tutored Linear Algebra in 2023-24.
