The Colorado Cottage Foods Act allows limited types of food products that do not require refrigeration for safety to be sold directly to consumers without licensing or inspection. This Act prohibits sale of products outside of Colorado.

Cookies, breads, and sweets are meant to be gobbled up quickly, however, most can be kept for up to one week. . . Or treats can also be frozen for up to one month.
