Choc Chip: Taking a bite is like visiting an old friend. This cookie is tried and true. Order straight up or choose the addition of toasted pecans. Expect a generous amount of chocolate chips in this family-favorite recipe.
Chewy Ginger Snap: Melt-in-your-mouth, soft, crinkled, and chewy. You won't be able to resist the sweet combination of ginger, cinnamon, and molasses.
My Man Oatmeal Cookie: Dave’s favorite cookie in the whole wide world. Each bite is loaded with oats, brown sugar, a hint of cinnamon and sweet bursts of raisins.
Peanut Butter Chip: Loaded with BIG peanut flavor and the perfect balance of salty and sweet. Peanut butter chips adorn the top of this cookie that has a wonderfully soft, melt in your mouth texture.
Snickerdoodle: Slightly crunchy around the edges with a soft, pillowy center. They are buttery with a light cinnamon-sugar coating. These cookies are inspired by my childhood visits to the Allentown Farmers’ Market where Amish bakers would sell oodles of them.
Oatmeal Butterscotch: Mom used to call them "Oatmeal Scotchies". Soft and chewy, cinnamon-spiced, sweetened with brown sugar, packed with oats, and loaded with butterscotch chips.

In this category, I can personalize your cake for your special occasion.
Cake: Choose 5 inch or 8 inch round cake, each of these custom order cakes will be three layers tall. Sheet layer cakes (10 x 13 inch) is a rectangular cake that is also available in one or two layers. Possible flavors: vanilla, chocolate, lemon, red velvet, or some other flavor of cake you would like?
Frosting: Choose vanilla or chocolate buttercream, lemon cream cheese frosting or suggest a different flavor you are craving.
Decoration: Would you like a message written on top or a do you have a specific theme in mind? Do you want sprinkles or maybe fresh fruit? What are you celebrating. . . Birthday? Anniversary? Ninke family favorite.
Plenty of juicy-sweet fruit filling is lovingly placed into an eight-inch crumb crust and then covered with a crumbly topping. Marilyn was teacher in Texas who had fruit trees in her backyard and would often share her baked delights with fellow teacher friends. Amazing for dessert, but a breakfast favorite too. It will disappear fast!

A classic pie with a flaky pastry lovingly criss-crossed across the top of this fruit filled pie. This double crust pie pastry is made just like "Teeny" made it all those years ago, that's my Godmother's mom's recipe. Pastry is rolled out, placed in the pie tin, filled with a fresh fruit mixture, and then topped with a sugar-sprinkled lattice design. Comes out of the oven golden and gurgly.
