Welcome and thank you for visiting the official website of Somerset-Reading Twp Volunteer EMS. SEMS serves all of Reading twp including the Village of Somerset, and about 1/3 of Clayton Township by contract. We are a completely volunteer department with a roster of 21. Our roster is made up of EMT basics,  EMT advanced, and Paramedics.  In our service area we provide emergency response to medical calls to all residents and visitors. In 2024 we had a record 975 calls and are on track to meet or beat this number in 2025.
