My Pets

Apollo is my Border Collie/Labrador. We adopted him from a dog shelter in Meigs county in 2019. He still has a ton of his puppy energy. He loves to go hiking, play in the local dog parks, and going on long walks along Athens bike paths.  He is very sociable and loves making new friends, pup or human alike.

Huitzi is my newest pet. She is a Hermann's tortoise. We got her in 2022. Se is active and friendly. She loves daily soaks in warm water and Spring Mix veggies. She also likes to play with his cuttle bone and push it around the enclosure. She is a happy little one!

Kronos is my Russian Tortoise. We got him in 2021. He is a bit of a recluse. But he is so adorable nevertheless, especially when his pink tongue sticks out as he goes to munch on a leaf. He loves grazing on weeds during a warm summer afternoon, basking in the sun, burrowing in his enclosure, and munching on dandelions.
