📜 Agreement
By purchasing from Soma Rodents, you are acknowledging and agreeing to all of the above Terms & Conditions, including our order, deposit, payment, and delivery policies.
1. Orders & Availability
All rodents (live, pre-killed, or frozen) are subject to stock availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders if certain sizes/types are out of stock.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
2. Deposit
All orders require a RM10 deposit for preparation.
For frozen rodents, a RM10 deposit is mandatory.
*After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable.
Orders follow the concept:
-Order → Pay → Ready → Collect
Balance payment (if any) must be made before delivery or during collection
Orders will only be prepared once deposit is received.
3. Payment
Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, TnG or QR only.
Proof of payment must be provided for bank/e-wallet transfers.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Gender Selection: Choosing a specific gender will incur an additional charge: Mice RM3, Rats RM4, ASF RM5 per head.
4. Delivery & Collection
Delivery available via Lalamove, Grab, or Self-Collect at the farm.
Frozen and live shipping via courier is available with an additional RM50 charge for shipping and packaging.
-Frozen rodents: Shipped using Line Clear Freshbox to maintain temperature and freshness.
-Live rodents: Shipped using BBB Express for safe live animal transport.
Customers are responsible for delivery fees (unless stated otherwise).
Self-pickup is available by appointment only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
5. Live Animal Policy
For live rodents, we ensure they are healthy and well-fed before collection/delivery.
We are not responsible for deaths or injuries during transit by third-party couriers.
Buyers must be prepared to receive live animals at the agreed time to ensure safety.
6. Frozen & Pre-Killed Rodents
All frozen/pre-killed rodents are packed securely to maintain freshness.
Once the product leaves our premises, we are not responsible for thawing or spoilage due to customer handling.
7. Returns & Refunds
No returns or refunds for live or frozen rodents due to hygiene and biosecurity reasons.
Refunds are only applicable if:
-The wrong item/size was given, and
-The customer notifies us immediately upon receiving the order.
8. Responsibility
Soma Rodents is not responsible for any misuse of rodents (feeding, breeding, handling).
Buyers are expected to have proper knowledge of care, feeding, and handling of reptiles/animals.
