After a lot of careful thought among our officer team, the Meridian Edict decided to disband and split into two new guilds. If you were interested in joining us, please consider checking out either of these two guilds! Thank you all for the amazing times shared, and we look forward to continuing to RP with you across Azeroth.
The Jackdaws are a family of outcasts, coming together out of a desire to protect the vulnerable and give a chance to the misfortunate. We are a found family, with the struggles a family may have - but also the protection and comfort of one, with our members blind to the borders of the Horde or the Alliance. Together, we explore the world of Azeroth, making camp where our expeditions may need us most, or simply where the guild wishes to be. Instead of acting as some sort of hierarchy, the guild decides together what their choices will be, or act individually if they are convicted enough.Â
We pride ourselves on our community and members, and each of our guild's characters have a chance of developing their own personal storylines - with each member allowed to DM their own plots to help build the overarching story of the guild. We believe this gives life to the guild, and lets people portray their characters on a deeper, more meaningful level, as well as be a fundamental part to our story.
The Unseen Claw is a faction-neutral, chaotic-good vigilante group with a tendency of going in way over our heads trying to deal with pretty big & eldritch problems across the world. We hunt the wicked, protect the vulnerable, defy the norm, and make our mark upon the world. Our methods may be unorthodox and unconventional at times, but our heart will always be in the right place: to make the world a little bit better than we entered it.
Our style is built upon a rich & open-ended, script-free narrative where every action is meaningful and where everyone can shape the outcome. We value creative action & problem-solving more than numerical fortune, and as such our RP & combat systems rely on far fewer dice rolls and far more freedom of expressivity.
