The 21 Series controller is equipped with Yaskawa Mechatrolink-II/III bus communication control method, which improves the wiring and scalability problems of traditional pulse-type general-purpose controllers, making the system simpler, more scalable, and easier to assemble.
The new generation 21 series controller supports Yaskawa Mechatrolink-II/Mechatrolink-III serial communication servo system. The communication bandwidth is greatly increased to 100Mbps, and the resolution can be supported up to 24 bits, effectively improving the smoothness of processing.
The serial communication control method has simple wiring, high scalability, and strong anti-interference ability. Compared with general pulse control, it can improve the flexibility and reliability of the overall system.
