Read and understand Zine Rules, Contribution Types, and Formatting Guide
Please take the time to read and understand all the provided rules!
Applicants are expected to read the Zine Rules and Contribution Types as they are at the time of their application. Chosen contributors will need to read the updated Zine Rules, Contribution Types, and Formatting Guide before beginning their contribution.
Age requirements
Contributors must confirm that they are 15 years of age or older
Anyone found in violation of this rule will be banned from participating in this and future projects
This rule is for the safety and comfort of all collaborators! There will always be future opportunities to get involved in fandom projects
Be respectful
No hate speech/discrimination including racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, etc.
Communication and Late work / Extensions
If we cannot keep track of you, we may need to continue progress on the zine without you! Please check your email consistently, and particularly around check-in times. Reach out through the Tumblr Ask Blog or server if you are not receiving emails during critical times.
Contributors are welcome to ask for extensions, but please try to do so several days in advance of a check-in and provide a plan to get back on track.
However, remember that, ultimately, your health and wellbeing comes first! We understand if extenuating circumstances occur.
Do not interact
This zine does not allow pro-shippers (supporters, consumers, or creators of pro-ship content). Please respect this personal boundary and refrain from applying if you fall under any of the above categories.
This zine also does not allow individuals who hold or support bigoted views against marginalized communities, including but not limited to those listed in Rule 3: Be respectful.
These expectations apply not only to an individual’s conduct within the zine but also outside of it.
Contributions should be created new, specifically for this zine
All contributions must be related to celebrating the OSC
No off-topic submissions
Contributions may reference multiple OSC media, one piece of media, or only a select character(s) from OSC media
Prominent characters should be canon characters only; minor characters may be OCs to serve narrative purposes in a canon-compliant manner. We will do our best to inform contributors of any changes needed at the pitch/earliest check-ins. Ultimately up to moderator discretion.
Please do not use this zine to reference or spread controversies/negativity. Even well-composed, constructive critiques are unlikely to be accepted for inclusion in this project.

Contributions can be celebratory, humorous, dramatic, angsty, or more, reflecting all the range present in OSC media!
However, please additionally refer to Rule 9: Topics to avoid

Please also avoid potentially triggering/sensitive topics. Consider what topics should avoid being presented without discretion to wide audiences.

Clothing/accessory additions welcome
Stylized limbs welcome
Abstract/Unique representations (e.g. characters as foods) may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Relationship headcanons (ships)
Non-canon relationship dynamics may be heavily implied but not explicit (e.g. kissing, usage of familial titles, etc.). We will do our best to inform contributors of any changes needed at the pitch/earliest check-ins. Ultimately up to moderator discretion.
This includes romantic, familial, etc. dynamics.
No AI
AI should not be involved at any point in the creation of a contribution
This applies to all art, writing, etc.
