Welcome to Solitaire Evergrow.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Solitaire Evergrow (the "Game"), operated by Avena Studio ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Avena Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or any Game content to you.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the Game or its content without authorization

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law

• Use cheats, bots, automation tools, exploits, modified software, or other unauthorized tools to manipulate the Game

• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage or improper benefit

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, accounts, services, servers, or related systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Game

• Use the Game for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes

• Circumvent technical restrictions or security measures used in connection with the Game

We may take reasonable action to protect the Game and its users if we detect fraud, abuse, cheating, unauthorized modification, or other violations of these Terms.

3. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items

Solitaire Evergrow may include virtual content such as:

• Virtual currency

• Consumable items

• Gameplay items

• Boosters

• Rewards

• Premium or purchasable content

Virtual currency and virtual items are licensed to you for use within Solitaire Evergrow only.

They:

• Have no real-world monetary value

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or other real-world property

• Cannot be transferred, sold, or traded outside the Game unless expressly permitted by us

• Do not represent ownership of real-world money or property

We may modify, manage, balance, limit, or discontinue virtual items where reasonably necessary for Game operation, balancing, security, technical reasons, or legal compliance, subject to applicable law.

4. In-App Purchases

Solitaire Evergrow may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency, virtual items, or other digital content.

Purchases are processed through Google Play and may be subject to Google Play's terms, billing policies, and payment requirements.

Avena Studio does not directly receive or store your full payment card information.

Prices, available products, offers, and purchase options may change over time.

Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies and applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, refund requests may be handled by Google Play or Avena Studio.

Purchased digital content is intended for use within Solitaire Evergrow and does not represent real-world property or currency.

5. Cloud Saves and Game Progress

Solitaire Evergrow may use Google Play Games Services to provide cloud save and game progress restoration features.

When using supported cloud save features, game progress may be associated with your Google Play Games account.

Cloud save availability may depend on factors including:

• Your Google Play Games account

• Internet connectivity

• Google Play Games Services availability

• Device compatibility

• App version

• Technical conditions outside our reasonable control

You are responsible for using the appropriate Google Play Games account when accessing cloud save features.

We take reasonable measures to support game progress storage and restoration, but we cannot guarantee that saved data will always be available, uninterrupted, or recoverable in every circumstance.

6. Advertisements

Solitaire Evergrow may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.

Third-party advertising content is provided by external advertising partners.

Avena Studio does not control all third-party advertisement content and is not responsible for third-party websites, products, or services that may be accessed through advertisements.

Your interactions with third-party advertisements or services are subject to the applicable third party's own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game and its content, including but not limited to:

• Artwork

• Graphics

• Characters

• Animations

• Designs

• User interface elements

• Text

• Audio

• Music

• Sound effects

• Software

• Game mechanics and presentation

• Logos

• Names

• Other Game content

are owned by or licensed to Avena Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit Game content without prior authorization.

8. Privacy

Your use of Solitaire Evergrow is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, processed, and shared in connection with the Game.

The Privacy Policy is available through the Game and/or our website.

9. Updates and Changes to the Game

We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue Game features or content from time to time.

This may include changes to:

• Levels

• Gameplay mechanics

• Rewards

• Events

• Virtual items

• Prices

• Game balance

• Advertisements

• Technical features

• Online or account-related services

Some updates may be required in order to continue using certain features of the Game.

We do not guarantee that any particular Game feature or content will remain available indefinitely.

10. Disclaimer

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avena Studio does not guarantee that the Game will:

• Always be free from errors, bugs, or technical problems

• Work on every device or operating system

• Preserve or restore all Game data in every circumstance

• Meet every user's individual expectations

We may perform maintenance, updates, or technical changes that temporarily affect Game availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avena Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Game.

This may include losses resulting from:

• Temporary service interruptions

• Technical failures

• Device incompatibility

• Lost or corrupted Game data

• Third-party services

• Third-party advertisements

• Unauthorized access outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to certain Game features where reasonably necessary due to:
