Request Account and Data Deletion

To request the permanent deletion of your Solitaire Evergrow game account and associated data, please complete and submit the form below.

After receiving your request, Avena Studio may contact you to verify account ownership. Once verified, your game account and associated data, including your cloud save and account profile, will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.

Certain records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, financial record-keeping, or legal compliance.

Deleting your Solitaire Evergrow account will not delete your Google Account. This action cannot be undone.
