Privacy Policy

The app does not collect personal user data. With the user's consent, it collects and sends to us analytics data. We only use this data to improve the app.

Personal Data

Within the app we use the the following personal data:

• The app uses the cameras to detect hand signs and to show detected hand signs on top of the user's image.

• Recordings are only done when requested by the user. Recordings are only saved to the Photos app.

• If enabled by the user, the app sends MIDI data to connected apps or to connected devices on the local network.

We do not collect or make use of personal user data outside of the app.

Analytics Data

To make this app better, we want to understand how users interact with the user interface and what features are actually used.

Therefore, with the user's consent:

• We record sequences of user interactions like button taps, screen views and the duration how long tools are used.

• We use aggregated exception and crash diagnostics reports, and power and performance metrics from Apple's MetricKit.

• Both data is linked to the device identifier and to the iCloud user identifier, to better understand usage patterns of clients with multiple devices. Both identifiers are anonymized by Apple on a per-developer basis. They cannot be used to track users device across apps or websites.

We do not share this data with third parties.
